We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team in the UK. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Managing the company's cash flow and ensuring financial stability.
  • Overseeing financial processes, including audits and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Building relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Improving financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
