About the Job

The successful candidate will join our manufacturing accounting team in Northamptonshire as a Finance Business Partner. The role involves working with the Business Unit Controller to ensure consistent accounting practices and participating in the leadership team.

">Provide strategic financial analysis to drive decisions and identify profitability improvements.Lead regional financial reviews and P&L variance analysis.Conduct analysis for capital projects.Manage accounting practices for consistency and compliance.Forecast logistics costs and inventory to improve efficiency.Mentor and coach the finance team, ensuring alignment and succession planning.

Requirements

CIMA (CGMA), ACCA, or ACA qualified, with significant experience in strategy, management, and budgeting within a large manufacturing or distribution environment. You should have strong analytical and financial reporting skills, including experience in forecast planning, management, and cost accounting, variance analysis, and decision-making. Proficiency in SAP or other financial systems like Oracle or Movex is essential.
