Recruitment Role Description
This role is ideal for someone seeking a career blending customer service, sales, and marketing. As a key member of our team, you'll progress from administration and customer service to a long-term recruitment role.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the front end of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, process management, screening, and selection.
- Regularly contact current and prospective candidates via phone and email.
- Source new candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, and professional tools.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Set up interviews and help candidates prepare.
- Create and manage job advertisements.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns across social media and traditional platforms.
- Manage and run networking events.
