About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and managing payment runs
  • Accurately processing staff expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide administrative support to the finance team and assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
  • Experience working with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
