About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our finance team at Agility Resoucing in Blackpool. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Finance Manager in various financial duties, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, VAT Returns, and tax packs. Additionally, you will coordinate the monthly payroll process and identify areas for process improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have AAT qualifications or equivalent experience, along with proficiency in Excel and strong commercial awareness. Key Accountabilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and VAT Returns.
  • Bank reconciliations and maintenance of financial records.
  • Coordination of the monthly payroll process.
  • Process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
