Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely management accounts to ensure informed business decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Proactively manage cash flow, including active credit control duties to maintain a healthy financial position.
  • VAT Return Preparation: Efficiently prepare and submit the VAT return to avoid any potential penalties or fines.
  • Payroll Administration: Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Collaborate with the Managing Director on various projects as required.
Requirements
  • A strong sense of humour and confident personality to effectively interact with colleagues.
  • A valid car driver's license due to the location.
  • An excellent attention to detail to maintain high-quality financial reports and records.
