The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with senior management.

  • Process day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting.
  • Regularly reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Oversee sales and purchase ledger.
  • Support the Financial Director with cash flow forecasting, departmental budgeting, and cost centre analysis.
  • Process monthly payroll using accounting software.
  • Communicate effectively with external parties.

Requirements include prior experience in an accounts role, proficiency in spreadsheets, and knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, SAGE, or QuickBooks. An accounting qualification is beneficial.

Salary and Benefits
