Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Trainee Accountant to join our team in Blackpool. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing debtor and creditor accounts, and assisting with payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial data
  • Manage credit control, debtors, and creditors
  • Conduct bank and statement reconciliations, maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial records
  • Facilitate intercompany transactions, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Record and report accruals and prepayments
  • Maintain accurate and balanced financial records, including debits and credits
  • Prepare and review accounts up to trial balance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties, supporting the team and contributing to the organization's success


Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,500, based on industry standards and location.
