Job Overview: Our client, a leading Housing association, seeks a dedicated Senior Coordinator to oversee repair and maintenance operations in South West London. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient processes, accurate recording, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within management systems.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders, colleagues, and client teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and implement procedures to review and maintain service level agreements, health and safety protocols, and commercial considerations.
  • Nurture relationships with Subcontractor Partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive success.
  • Assess the need for specialist Subcontractor Partners to ensure comprehensive scope coverage.
  • Contribute to site induction and compliance training initiatives.
