About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Hardwick Hall, a stunning Elizabethan house in Derbyshire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including serving food and drink, handling customer queries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Support the kitchen team with food preparation and service
  • Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards
