About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Hardwick Hall, a stunning Elizabethan house in Derbyshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they are consistently delivering great service to our customers.
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues, helping to build a team dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare food and ensure displays and signs are accurate and appealing.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
