We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure all displays and signs are accurate and visually appealing
- Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed
- Monitor and maintain health and safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage leadership role
