About the Role:

We are seeking ambitious surveyors at all levels to join our client's growing infrastructure teams in Scotland and the Northwest of England.

Our client is a leading property consultancy and surveying advisory firm with a network of offices across England and Wales.

The team delivers expert services to clients within the infrastructure, utility, and energy sectors, including major projects for national bodies and corporate investors.

Main responsibilities include delivering infrastructure projects, negotiating option and lease agreements, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining high-quality standards of service delivery.

Requirements:
  • RICS qualified and an RICS registered valuer with PQE experience in general practice or infrastructure surveying.
  • Business development-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Compulsory purchase experience desirable, but training is available through our infrastructure academy.

Estimated salary: £60,000pa + car allowance. The role offers hybrid working options between Warrington and Edinburgh.
