As an Infrastructure Team Leader at our firm, you will oversee key projects and contribute to the ongoing development of our market-leading infrastructure team.

We require a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our team in Winchester, London, Birmingham, or West Malling, with occasional travel to new development sites. This role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in property valuation, estates management, and project leadership.

  • You will advise clients on complex property transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Supervise Graduate surveyors, guiding them in their professional development.
  • Promote best practices, driving process efficiency and excellence throughout the team.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum is available, along with access to our comprehensive training and development programs, which include continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities.
