Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Renewable Energy department, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering activities for our offshore wind projects in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in managing technical and logistical aspects of electrical system design definition. You will oversee the entire electrical system design, ensuring safety by design and general H&S management of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsibility for the concept, design, and delivery of the electrical infrastructure for our UK floating offshore wind farms.
  • Ensure electrical work is delivered on time, on budget with zero errors.
  • Prepare, drive, and manage the tendering processes related to the offshore cable systems, electrical equipment, and offshore/onshore substation design.

You will be working closely with other engineering and non-engineering team leaders to ensure effective project delivery. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a flexible working policy and opportunities for professional development.
