About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Community Development Project Officer to join our team at Torfaen County Borough Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and strengthening community groups, improving their wellbeing, and building their confidence, skills, and knowledge.
About You
We are looking for someone with practical experience of working in the community development field, who can deliver support and advice to a wide range of audiences, maximising engagement and benefit. You will have strong interpersonal skills, a knowledge and understanding of providing governance advice to third sector organisations, and the ability to develop funding applications and grant monitoring and reporting processes.
