SEN Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Behaviour Manager to join our team at a SEND school in Grantham.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to manage confrontation, challenging behaviour and Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs/SEMH. They will be responsible for developing positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, and creating conditions for learning and teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of student needs and develop individualised plans to support their learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure effective communication and support for students with SEND.
