SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a specialist setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with varying needs, both in and out of the classroom.
- Help students understand teachers' instructions and work closely with verbal and non-verbal autistic learners.
- Keep track and record pupil progress.
Key Experience:
- Working in a teaching or teaching assistant role.
- Experience working with SEN children, especially those with ADD/ADHD/Autism.
- Strong communication and social skills to manage the needs of the children.
- Enthusiastic and flexible attitude.
To Be Eligible For This Role:
- Holding a Right to Work in the UK.
- Holding an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service.
