About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our client's dynamic and growing Accountancy Practice in Newport.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple accounting software packages, including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.

This full-time position involves working with 30+ clients, managing their financial data, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
  2. Process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and prepare journals
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of accounting experience
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Familiarity with Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
