About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Homeowner Relationship Specialist to join our team at The Travel Chapter Ltd. This permanent role involves managing homeowner accounts, setting competitive prices, and enhancing relationships to maximise bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to analyse data and set accurate price points.
  • Cultivate and enhance quality relationships with property owners to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for property upgrades and recommend them to homeowners.
  • Review contracts to ensure alignment with company standards and boost revenue.
  • Liaise with homeowners regarding property inspections and improvements.
  • Network with third-party suppliers to guarantee successful service delivery.
  • Ensure services meet homeowner and guest expectations.
  • Provide on-call support out of hours.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in account management is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • A results-driven mindset and excellent communication abilities are vital for success.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
