Job Description

Vantage Data Centers is a leading provider of data center solutions, powering the technology infrastructure of hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises. We operate across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, with a focus on delivering innovative data center design that drives reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring financial reporting accuracy and contributing to an effective internal control environment. As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with the Finance team to prepare monthly Management Accounts and G/L trial balance for review, as well as ensure the integrity of contract manager data.

The successful candidate will have accountancy qualifications (CIMA or ACCA) and experience working in a data center or critical infrastructure environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly Management Accounts and G/L trial balance for review
  • Maintain the general ledger, including posting of journals and maintenance of prepayments, accruals, CoS, and deferred income schedules
  • Manage Sales, WIP, Invoicing, Credit Control, and Revenue recognition
  • Preparation of Management Information and Analysis as required
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers and depreciation
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
