This role is a key part of our nuclear training program, ensuring that our operators receive the highest level of training to operate our facilities safely and efficiently. As a Training Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of initial and continuing training, including the operations examination process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise training instructors in implementing the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process.
  2. Develop and implement accredited training programs that meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Evaluate training program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and direction to training staff on industry standards and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with line organization and training committees to coordinate training activities.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent GED and eight years of Nuclear power plant experience.
  • An Associate degree in engineering, science, education, or related technical field and six years of Nuclear Power Plant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in science/engineering and four years of industry-related experience.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
