Job Description

We are a purpose-driven organization dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their educational goals. As an Educational Numeracy Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering live teaching sessions and creating engaging induction experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality live teaching sessions for the Multiply contract, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for audit purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver effective induction programs, preparing learners for success.
  • Collaborate with the JGW+ Manager to recruit new learners and prepare data for reporting to Torfaen Council.
  • Manage all communication and enquiries through Teams, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
  • Support learners in preparation for the numeracy exam, providing tailored guidance and feedback.
  • Taught sessions will occur twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from the comfort of your own home.
  • The contract is fixed-term, commencing at the end of April and concluding at the end of March of the following year.
