We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Alderbury Bungalow, a 5-bed residential home in Wiltshire. Our home supports adults with learning disabilities, down syndrome, physical disabilities, and epilepsy to live their best life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and managing their tenancy
- Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities and hobbies, such as fishing and going to the hairdressers
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure individuals receive high-quality care and support
