**About the Job**
We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Worker to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As an Educational Support Worker, you will provide support to children in a classroom setting, assisting in implementing individualised education plans and collaborating with teachers and other staff members.
You will be responsible for supervising and facilitating educational activities, supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum, and promoting their progress and achievement. You will also be involved in classroom organization and resource preparation, and be able to cover classes or groups in the absence of the Teacher or lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to children in a classroom setting.
- Assisting in implementing individualised education plans.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members.
- Supervising and facilitating educational activities.
- Supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum.
- Promoting pupils' progress and achievement.
