About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Support Worker. You will be working in a dynamic environment, providing care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Your primary focus will be on promoting well-being, dignity, and independence in all aspects of life.

You will work closely with customers, families, and carers to understand their unique needs and preferences. This may involve supporting with personal care, social daily living skills, leisure activities, or other areas of interest. Our approach is centered around person-centered care, ensuring that every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to customers with diverse needs;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and carers to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges; and
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A willingness to undertake L2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults);
  • General Education to GCSE A*-C or equivalent skills and experience;
  • Previous experience of building good working relationships and teamworking;
  • And desirable, but not essential, experience of supporting people on a one-to-one basis.
