Job Opportunity: Legal Secretary - Family Law

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our Family Law team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors and play a crucial role in the success of our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal and administrative support to our solicitors, including case preparation, bundling, and research.
  • Assist with the marketing of our services and networking.
  • Support the Head of Department in a wide range of work, including case management and fee-earning matters.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of recent family law legal secretary experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
