As a Family Law Mediator, you will work with couples and families to resolve financial and childcare-related disputes in an amicable agreement approach. Your responsibilities will include assessing couples' suitability for joint representation, obtaining and collating relevant financial and other evidence, and providing legal advice and facilitating discussions for clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous proven private family law and collaborative law experience, excellent commercial awareness, and strong IT skills. You should also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and take a structured approach to your work.
