Family Law Mediator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Mediator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. Our client is a reputable family law firm based in Bedford, looking for a full-time permanent Family Law Mediator to work on a variety of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with couples and families to resolve financial and childcare-related disputes through amicable agreements.
  • Assess clients' suitability for joint representation and provide expert guidance.
  • Collate and analyze relevant financial and other evidence to inform discussions.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and facilitate constructive discussions for clients.
  • Obtain expert reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in private family law and collaborative law.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel and Word.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to take a structured approach and framework to resolve disputes.
  • Commercially minded and forward-thinking with a passion for delivering excellent results.
