Family Law Secretary Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Secretary to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Family Law Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and legal support to our Family Law department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal and administrative support to the Family Law team, including case preparation, bundling, research, and arranging conferences and client meetings.
  • Assist the team with marketing their services and networking.
  • Support the Head of Department in a wide range of work and contribute to the development of the department.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve fee-earning targets and adhere to financial guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of recent experience as a Family Law Secretary.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
