Family Law Mediator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Mediator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. As a Family Law Mediator, you will work with couples and families to resolve financial and childcare-related disputes in an amicable agreement approach.

Responsibilities:

* Work with clients to resolve disputes in a collaborative and respectful manner
* Assess clients' suitability for joint representation
* Obtain and collate relevant financial and other evidence
* Provide legal advice and facilitate discussions for clients
* Obtain expert reports

Requirements:

* Proven experience in private family law and collaborative law
* Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
* Highly organized and able to prioritize
* Commercially minded and forward-thinking
