About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of customer lifecycle programs across multiple markets and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Map, test, and monitor customer journeys to ensure data accuracy and up-time.
  • Prepare customer data for use in marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to marketing preference flags.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, sharing results and leveraging stakeholder input to improve the customer experience.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure workloads and deadlines are managed efficiently.
  • Support the implementation of clienteling strategies, tools, and processes, including CRM best practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with teams across the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong analytical mindset and knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting for personalization.
  • Proactive approach, strategic thinking, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel knowledge and experience with Amperity, ActionIQ, or other Customer Data Platforms.
  • Experience working with email and CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Numerate and analytical skills, with the ability to manage projects, organize, and prioritize.
  • Experience with consumer journeys and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment, managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Highly adaptable approach, with the ability to work with multiple teams across different time zones.
