Job Overview:

Potter Johnson is seeking an experienced Behaviour Improvement Specialist to join our Exclusion department. As a Behaviour Improvement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students who struggle to work within a classroom setting. You will provide individualized support and guidance to help these students succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a safe learning environment, managing student conduct through positive reinforcement, and collaborating with other staff members to develop effective support plans. If you have experience working in a similar setting and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

About the Role:

  • To provide ongoing support and guidance to students in need.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all students is prioritized at all times.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Work across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
