Job Description

A high-performing Internal Sales Team Manager is required to drive innovation and operational efficiency within our dynamic sales and account management environment. You will be responsible for motivating, supporting, training, and developing your internal sales team to achieve excellent sales results.

The Role:
  • Team Leadership: Develop a strong succession plan, motivate, support, train, and develop your internal sales team to build a high-performing team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with multiple clients within the industrial, automotive, and aerospace engineering sector.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Ensure that you and your team are fully trained to offer technical expertise and advice on engineering parts to improve manufacturing operational efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues and departments to ensure service delivery in line with account KPIs.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports for all accounts, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and sales opportunities to the Commercial Director and the Field Sales team.
