Are you a results-driven Commercial Director looking for a new challenge? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, seeks an experienced professional to lead their National Sales Team in Rugby.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and providing comprehensive business plans and reports. Your ability to create a long-term vision for the company and work closely with Board Members and Founders will be invaluable.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education, previous experience in Senior Director roles, and a history of outstanding achievement. A confident and charismatic leader with excellent leadership and communication skills is required to inspire and motivate the team.
A salary of £88,000 per annum, plus up to £32,000 in performance-related bonuses, as well as excellent company benefits, makes this an attractive opportunity for a driven individual seeking longevity, growth, and personal development.
