About the Role

This hybrid position will work autonomously with the majority of projects based in Scotland, but further travel across the United Kingdom will be occasionally required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety Guidance: Provide expert Health and Safety guidance and advice.
  • Strategic Development: Work closely with senior leaders and the Head of Health and Safety to develop and implement the Health and Safety strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections.
  • Culture Development: Drive a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the wider business.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional with a background in Renewables, Utilities, Electrical, Construction, Rail or similar.

You will require a NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent as a minimum, along with a full UK Driving licence.

What We Offer

Our client offers a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, company car (electric options), up to 10% discretionary bonus, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 5% match pension scheme, support and funding for qualifications and memberships, and more.
