Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auditor for Environmental Compliance to join our team at Shield Safety Group. This role involves conducting thorough and accurate audits, delivering detailed reports, and providing expert advice on environmental health and safety.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is passionate about environmental health and safety. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality audits that meet client expectations;
  • Producing detailed and accurate reports within specified timelines;
  • Supporting the wider audit team by conducting audits outside of your normal geographical area;
  • Effectively managing your time and workload to ensure timely delivery of audits;
  • Booking allocated audits into your calendar and informing your manager of any over/under allocation.

  • An estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) in Environmental Health;
  • Experience dealing with health and safety or risk/compliance solutions;
  • Excellent report and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • The ability to manage your own time effectively;
  • Strong relationship building skills;
  • IT literacy and competence in MS Office 365.
