About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an HR Advisor with Morgan Hunt UK Limited, where you will be responsible for managing casework, providing expert HR guidance, and ensuring top-notch employment practices across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Casework Management: Own and coordinate HR casework with a focus on employment relations, absence management, and safeguarding.
- Change & Project Support: Work closely with senior leaders on organisational change projects, including TUPE transfers, and risk assessment.
- Compliance & Legal: Be the HR go-to for legal processes like tribunals and ACAS, and ensure compliance with employment law.
- Manager Training: Develop and deliver training to empower managers with HR knowledge and skills.
- Data-Driven Insight: Use HR analytics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Significant HR experience, including managing employment relations and organisational change.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) demonstrating your HR expertise.
- A sharp eye for compliance and legal risks, with the ability to balance business needs and best practices.
- Experience with HR databases and case management systems to keep everything running smoothly.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication and coaching skills.
