Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our fast-paced, innovation-led environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing website content and functionality, as well as supporting during project testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on site performance and customer interaction using New Relic to drive improvements.
- Create and deploy A/B tests using Adobe Target, reporting on pre and post results.
- Support e-commerce growth with new project research, analysis, and reporting.
- Proactively manage bug and issue reporting.
- Test new projects and fixes, reporting and logging results.
- Produce project updates for key stakeholders and the wider company.
- Support the business by delivering on ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when requested.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with the skills to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
- Experience of working in a support environment - JIRA or similar.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with incredible attention to detail.
- Outstanding research capabilities with reports that you're proud to own.
- Experience of working within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Flexibility to change and adapt to the needs of the business.
- Experience of working on project creation is desirable.
- Magento experience is desirable.
