Job Title: Senior Director, Field Marketing EMEA

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Field Marketing EMEA to lead our field marketing efforts in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. As a key member of our Commercial EMEA Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and business segment growth plans.
  • Lead a high-performing team of field marketers to deliver sales enablement, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives and optimize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field marketing, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and customer engagement.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
