Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and enhancing our brand presence in the professional audio industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market trends.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with independent distributors in the EMEA region.
  • Manage the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Develop and manage the marketing value of sponsorship/strategic partnership agreements.
  • Develop a local plan for exhibitions and industry events in alignment with global events strategy, measuring the impact and effectiveness of educational programs and events using KPIs.
  • Create PR and Social Media content that resonates with the local target audience, reflecting the unique cultural and market nuances of the countries.

Requirements

  • Marketing Management experience within Professional Audio, Music, Theatre or Cultural Arts is essential.
  • B Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (masters degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip).
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.
