The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our central marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward our PPC strategy and supporting the Acquisition and Experience Leads in the creation and delivery of our overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive lead generation and conversion
- Create and manage new and existing marketing campaigns across multiple brands to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with brand, content, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging and relevant online content and resources
- Analyse digital marketing analytics and produce reports to inform business decisions
- Work closely with our internal SEO and digital experience team to maximise synergies and optimise campaigns
- Liaise with digital marketing and development agencies to continually improve campaign performance
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track successes and inform changes
- Communicate effectively with the wider marketing team to maximise collaborative online opportunities
- Understand the full sales cycle and the value of PPC leads within that cycle
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and SEM trends
- Previous experience in PPC and paid social in a digital marketing role or agency environment
- Proven track record of generating large volumes of lead generation activity and conversion using digital tools
- Strong Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital profit and loss (P&L)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
- Ability to use data to deliver marketing campaigns and gain audience insight
- Experience of working with agencies
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Comfortable using content management system (CMS) applications
- HTML experience is a plus
