Digital Marketing Lead

Nolte Kitchens UK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to drive the growth and development of our UK business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and development of Nolte Kitchens UK in the market in line with business objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to support digital marketing requirements and build effective, integrated campaigns that meet objectives.
  • Manage the website, including day-to-day performance and analysis, with a clear view on website conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing.
  • Develop and manage paid channels, including Google, Bing, and social media platforms, to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Manage technical, create, and deliver organic and SEO activity in line with our content strategy, and analyse the performance.
  • Accurately forecast potential delivery for the accounts.
  • Help manage ongoing relationships with current marketing agencies, ensuring optimum performance and best value.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly activity reporting, occasional presentations to the Board of Directors and wider management team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Content marketing.
  • Experience of managing websites, SEO, analytics, and social media.
  • Experience of managing performance-driven campaigns with evidence of increasing revenue through a multi-channel approach.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Design suite and art working experience (desirable).
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, able to set priorities, and a desire to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Team player within the Nolte UK team structure.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.

What's on Offer:

  • Basic salary of £33,000-£35,000 DOE.
  • Based in head office in Wilmslow – hybrid working (at least 2 days office-based).
