Digital Marketing Lead

Nolte Kitchens UK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to contribute to the growth and development of our UK kitchen retail business.

We are a family-owned business, one of Europe's largest kitchen manufacturing businesses, and Germany's favourite kitchen brand. Our success is built on product quality and innovation, creating market-leading ranges that our dealers and customers love.

The role is based in our head office in Wilmslow and requires hybrid working. You will report to the Head of Marketing.

  1. Support the growth and development of Nolte Kitchens UK in the market, aligning with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective, integrated marketing campaigns that meet objectives.
  3. Manage the website, including day-to-day performance and analysis, with a focus on website conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing.
  4. Understand and manage paid channels, including Google, Bing, and social media platforms, as well as developing new channels.
  5. Manage technical SEO activity, create and deliver organic content, and analyse performance.
  6. Accurately forecast potential delivery for accounts.
  7. Manage the relationship with our marketing agency, ensuring optimum performance and best value.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and Content marketing.
  2. Experience of managing websites, SEO, analytics, and social media.
  3. Experience of managing performance-driven campaigns with evidence of increasing revenue through a multi-channel approach.
  4. Excellent planning, organisation, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
