Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Liaison Officer to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving hospital growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans to drive volume, revenue, and profit growth.
  • Work closely with the Hospital Director to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage the consultant contact management database to track key motivators and identify trends.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to the Hospital Director, highlighting trends, opportunities, and obstacles to growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing of new consultants to key demographics.
  • Recruit new consultants in line with facility growth and strategy plans.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent.
  • Previous extensive experience in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in changing environments.
