About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Peritoneal Dialysis Assistant Practitioner team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our renal care team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist peritoneal dialysis care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of patient care programs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing training or receiving renal home-based therapy under the direction and supervision of a Registered Community Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • Practice in accordance with Trust standards and statutory requirements, operating within the boundaries of the role and assessed competencies.
