Role Specifics

As a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner, you will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide focused stroke therapy tailored to the goals set by the patients in their own residences or alternative non-acute settings. You will be expected to manage a caseload under the supervision of Registered Therapists, receiving necessary support and training. This role encompasses various therapeutic disciplines, including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy.

While we aim to minimize driving during your workday, the role may require travel across the Eastern localities, involving independent work at times.

You will be an integral part of our team, benefiting from a thorough training and induction program, with a strong commitment to your professional growth and development, catering to even the most ambitious individuals.

Working Hours

The position entails working hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and bank holidays.
