Job Title: Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager. As a key member of our centre's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment during operating hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and staff
  • Ensure the centre is maintained to a high standard
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Work collaboratively with the centre team to deliver excellent customer service
