**The Role**:
You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Operations to ensure seamless development and successful implementation of solutions. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to Business Stakeholders and Product Owners, ensuring alignment with IT delivery objectives.

You'll play a crucial role in governance reviews, conducting regular service reviews with delivery partners to assess resource performance and optimize efficiency. Building and nurturing strong relationships with delivery partners will be essential for driving collaboration and achieving shared goals.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll generate insightful MI reports for the IT Leadership Team, highlighting delivery performance and trends. These reports will serve as valuable tools for strategic and tactical decision-making, guiding our path to success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Resolving problems and escalations on Product Management delivery commitments.
- Managing team activities in line with Release and Service Management processes.
- Able to plan-ahead, prioritise tasks, coordinate the work of others, a self-starter
- Validating delivery partners estimates for development effort and managing escalations as required, removing blockers and provisioning resources for where needed.
- Identifying any risks or issues found in your deliveries and escalating where appropriate.
- Support and collaboratively improve Application Development Delivery

**About you**:
For this position, we are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Delivery Lead for a large, enterprise scale organisation.

Other skills we are looking for:

- Experience of working with collaboration tooling such as Jira & Confluence
- Experience of working with enterprise-scale partners as well as niche vendors
- Experience of working with globally-distributed, diverse teams
- Strong experience of planning large backlogs of requirements across multiple platforms and vendors
- SAFe Agile experience
- Professional experience with tools such as Jira eazyBi, Jira Planner, PowerBi
- Vendor Management
- Team management experience
- Experience of Engineering software such as Teamcenter, NX or Ansys
