**About the role**:
As our Executive Assistant, you will be undertaking a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to one of our C-Suite Executives. In this dynamic position, you will be managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination of global travel arrangements and logistics. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating visas, booking flights, hotels, car transfers, and taxis, while meticulously producing detailed travel packs and itineraries.

Additionally, you will be immersed in ad hoc project work, including conducting research, preparing for meetings, taking minutes, and overseeing the creation and management of documents and presentations. Effective communication will be at the forefront of your responsibilities as you liaise with internal departments, as well as both internal and external stakeholders. General administration tasks and providing additional ad hoc support as needed will round out your diverse and exciting role as our Executive Assistant.

**About you**:

- High attention to detail, forward-thinking, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset
- A good sense of humour, strong emotional intelligence, and a willingness to exceed expectations
- Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-Suite executive in a similar working environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
- Highly organised, efficient, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintains high work standards and demonstrates a can-do approach
- Excellent shorthand typist skills (desired but not essential)
- Handles highly sensitive information discreetly and ensures confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with senior professionals
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Eager and proactive team player with effective communication skills
- Hardworking, driven, and always willing to go above and beyond
- Able to provide excellent checkable references
